Return Notices:聽
1. Please contact our CS and provide the reasons for the return, as well as relevant photos.
2. Your return & exchange request can only be submitted with issues about size, quality, and color, etc. within 20 days after receiving the original order.
3. If the returned package is over 2 weeks, please contact us in time.
4. Do not send the package directly to the address on the package. That鈥檚 one of the carrier鈥檚 transit warehouses, and which is not correct, otherwise will affect the processing of your return.
5. Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
6. If a product is DOA (Damaged on arrival) or shipped incorrectly, please kindly contact our CS Support firstly before you sent it back. Cause it must be returned to the exact outbound warehouse for refund or exchange.
